President and CEO 
Philip Oberbroeckling, P.E. is a 24-year veteran in the oil refining industry with experience in design engineering, operations management, environmental engineering and management, technology selection and licensing, and the supervision of large organizations.  Over his career, he has authored over thirty technical papers and presentations for various industry forums.  Philip received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the States of Montana and Texas.

Philip is the inventor of the Insert Door Technology, built the original two doors and the nine demonstration prototypes, and has developed a complete engineering package and business plan for the technology and all the various door design options.  Since Philip is a registered professional engineer, he is qualified to provide consulting to implement the technical information to manufacturing.

Dr. Michaele Oberbroeckling is a small animal veterinarian who has worked the past 19 years in private practice, currently licensed in Texas.  She has a special interest in providing cancer treatment for companion animals.  Michaele received a Bachelor of Science degree in Distributed Studies (Business, Zoology, Psychology) from Iowa State University and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Iowa State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine.

It was Michaele’s idea to put a screen door on our children’s nursery which was the beginning to this product concept.
